Medicare care plan appointments accepted at all three clinics.
Three clinics across Melbourne north and inner north.

Treatment continues outside the consultation room. Patients on an active rehabilitation program have access to the gym at their clinic at no additional charge, so the exercises prescribed in your appointment can be completed in a supervised space with the right equipment. Access applies for the duration of your program and is arranged with your physiotherapist.
All three clinics use VALD force plate and dynamometry equipment to measure strength, balance and movement. Testing produces a recorded number rather than an estimate, which means your program can be adjusted against measured change and return to sport decisions can be based on data rather than on how a movement looks. Your results are explained to you at the time of testing and are repeated through your program so you can see the change.
Book at whichever clinic is closest. All three offer the same services and share the same clinical team.

Shoulder impingement and rotator cuff tendinopathy rarely stand alone. More often, they are the downstream result of shoulder instability that was never identified, assessed, or properly treated.

Persistent shoulder pain isn't always a strength problem. Learn how shoulder instability is often overlooked, why rehab plateaus happen, and what effective treatment looks like.
Claims are processed on the spot through HICAPS at all three clinics. You pay the gap amount only. Rebate amounts vary by fund and by level of cover, so check your policy for your physiotherapy entitlement.
If your GP has prepared a chronic disease management plan, bring the referral to your appointment. Medicare pays a set rebate for a limited number of sessions per calendar year.
WorkSafe and TAC claims are accepted at all three clinics. Bring your claim number and any approved treatment plan to your first appointment.

Your first appointment is an assessment. Your physiotherapist will take a history, examine the area of concern, explain what they have found and start treatment where it is appropriate. You will leave with a program and a clear next step. Allow around 45 minutes.
Wear clothing you can move in and that allows access to the area being assessed. Bring any relevant scans, referrals or surgical protocols, along with your private health card and Medicare card if you are claiming.

Appointments are usually available within a few days across the three clinics and same day appointments are often available at one of them. Booking online shows live availability at all three locations.
Book whichever clinic is most convenient. All three offer the same services and share the same clinical team, so the choice is a matter of location rather than of what is available.
Our physiotherapists work across sports injury, post operative and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. An appointment includes an assessment, hands on treatment where it is appropriate and a program you take away with you. Book online at Tullamarine, Carlton or Keilor Downs, or call the clinic directly.
