PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

LAUREN LE'TOILLE
Lauren completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. She has a special interest in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and knee conditions. Lauren has been mentored by leading orthopaedic surgeons in Melbourne, regarding operative procedures for both the hip and knee. Currently, Lauren is the head physiotherapist for Keilor Park Soccer club, looking after both the senior men and women’s teams. She believes in creating individual treatment plans and empower patients to move pain-free. Lauren’s hobbies include strength training, watching footy, soccer and Formula One, as well as getting out in nature!

Jackson Conforti
Jackson completed his Masters of physiotherapy at Latrobe University. His interests are in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy especially Football, basketball and running related injuries. He has had success in managing knee injuries especially hamstring, quad and calf tears. He has worked with the Essendon VFL as a physiotherapist. He plays cricket, footy and basketball and is community driven.

Melissa Steward
Melissa holds a Masters of Physiotherapy from Swinburne University of Technology and is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health through holistic, lifestyle-focused treatment approaches. Book in with Melissa for personalised guidance with Sports injuries and athletic performance programming. Tendon pain management. Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal support and post-natal recovery. Osteoporosis and sarcopenia support. With experience working with athletes across various sports, including rugby, netball, soccer and basketball, with an emphasis on helping them return to high-level competition. She also enjoys promoting positive aging, empowering patients with proactive strategies to enhance mobility, strength, and overall well-being as they age. When she's not in the clinic, you'll find Melissa at the gym, exploring new places, or serving as the lead physiotherapist for Footscray Rugby Union Football Club.

John Orban
John is a Physiotherapist with an interest in sports injuries and treating neck and back pain. He is skilled with hands on treatment, dry needling, clinical pilates and the GLA:D program. He is currently advancing his knowledge of Sports Physiotherapy through the masters program at La Trobe University. John has experience working in footy and cricket, and worked as a physiotherapist for Port Melbourne's VFLW Premiership winning team in 2023.

Tanya Reid
With a postgraduate qualification in sports physiotherapy, Tanya offers experience and a holistic approach to treating a range of conditions. Tanya's interest lie in spinal conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and elderly health as well as providing specialised support for complex NDIS cases that require a tailored, multifaceted management plan. In addition to her work in private practice, Tanya continues to work at the Epworth, managing acute orthopaedic surgical conditions, forming a solid link between the transition from hospital to home. When she is not helping patients, you’ll find her at the family farm, where she enjoys riding horses and the simple life.

Matthew Savasta
Matthew completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne and takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. He has a strong interest in shoulder rehabilitation, lower back pain management, and gym-related injuries in recreational athletes, helping patients return to peak performance with movement and exercise-based strategies. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or fine-tuning your training, Matt is here to guide you every step of the way. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find him lifting weights, catching up with friends, and hunting down the best food spots—because balance is key, right?”

Matthew O'Sullivan
Matt completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. His areas of interest include musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He is passionate about providing holistic, and patient goal-based care, and promoting healthy living. Matt enjoys distance running, cooking, playing squash, and watching the mighty Tigers in the AFL.

Mariah Christopoulos
Mariah has completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne and is dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential. Mariah adopts a holistic, patient-centered approach, focusing on enhancing all aspects of your health and wellbeing. With four years of experience managing musculoskeletal and sports injuries, including her role as head trainer and physiotherapist for a premier division football club, Mariah brings a wealth of expertise to her care. When she's not working, you'll find her enjoying time with loved ones, staying active, and soaking up the sun!

Anthony is our Senior Remedial Massage Therapist with over 18 years of clinical experience. He strives to provide his clients with high standard of treatment and care. He has worked with Melbourne AFL team and is an expert in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Recovery, Dry Needling, Scrapping, Cupping and PNF Stretching.
